Together, Harvard and building management have developed a customized work plan and staffed the building with highly trained cleaners and supervisors.
CHALLENGE
In late 2019, this building embarked on a massive building, lobby, elevators, fitness center and common area, renovation while maintaining daily operations and continuing the top tier service delivery that building tenants and patrons expected. All hands were on deck as construction crews and building management were faced with unexpected challenges that come with renovating an older building.
SOLUTION
Having a strong relationship with Harvard Leadership, building leadership has continued to partner with Harvard through the years as they navigated a complete building remodel, special projects, and a global pandemic. Together Harvard and building management have developed a customized work plan and staffed the building with highly trained cleaners and supervisors.
RESULTS
Harvard developed a customized training program to address the buildings needs and requirements, ensuring that day cleaners and night porters left no detail unattended to. With consistent and reliable support from Harvard and other building service partners, the building and building management have achieved many awards, including Property Management Team of the Year and 701 Brickell being recognized as the top performing asset in their management company’s office portfolio nationally during past years. Additional awards include, Class-A building status, Greenstar awards, TOBY awards, Diamond Awards and Property Management Team of the Year. The building also holds sustainability certifications including LEED Certified Gold, Fitwel, WiredScore, and Energy Star Certifications, typically very difficult for older buildings to achieve.
